Fuller continually advances scientific and technical innovations, our dedication to preparing the next generation of leaders and innovators will remain a key element of our commitment to giving back. In recognition of educational disparities and the growing demand for highly trained workers with STEM skills, we are dedicated to inspiring youth to excel in STEM education and sparking interest in careers in technical fields.

Each year, the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation grants more than $500,000 to nonprofit organizations around the world that promote STEM education and youth leadership development. The Foundation also gives $50,000 to Minnesota middle schools to allow teachers to enhance their STEM curricula. In addition, H.B. Fuller employees dedicate more than 6,000 hours in 18 countries to volunteer in their local communities.
